Orange has been given the first position among UK’s leading mobile broadband services in an autonomous survey recently. It was deemed best provider in nine out of a total of 15 parameters.
The YouGov Dongle Tracker poll is conducted periodically and gathers customer views on the performance of the top mobile broadband service providers in UK. This survey takes into consideration a wide range of parameters over which the providers are judged. These parameters include quality, ease of use, network coverage and value for money.
The latest YouGov poll has ranked Orange best provider making this the third time the company gains this distinction. Orange had topped the survey in October and preceding that, in the month of August in 2009. In this year’s survey, the company was perceived as a leader in the areas of customer service, speed of upload and the ease of use and also gained the much sought after tag of reliability.
Responding to questions about the YouGov poll, Asif Aziz, Director of Broadband and Home, Orange UK stated that maintaining first position among broadband services in UK is indeed a commendable attainment for the company. This victory is an acknowledgement of the immense focus on network quality and exemplary customer service, which is part of the company’s business strategy. He said that the company’s goal continues to be consistent improvement of services and products. Orange will continue to bring in new products (see payg dongle) and improve its customer service levels to make sure that every customer gets a unique and special user experience, Mr Aziz assured.
According to the company’s official spokespersons, Orange is the biggest 3G network provider in UK with a coverage of almost 94%. The company plans to invest in its own networks as a part of a overall business strategy in order to ensure better services and simultaneously ensure that customers get best value for money.
